Before starting, please remember that the group can be joined even without owning a Gemwottie! And you can even earn gems if you participate in some events that are open to GV members.
Gemwotties can be acquired through MYO Events, Custom Orders, Auctions, Adoptable Batches, Flat Sales, Trading, and Gifting. One must be a member to own a Gemwottie and reading the Terms of Service would be a big help to you too.
Have you gotten your first Gemwottie? If you have, Congratulations! You may be wondering what you can customize on your little wottie tot so I'll be clear in explaining what can be added and changed to better fit your vision of your wottie.
You May:
Add hair styles of any style and color to your wottie. Styles can be long, short, pixie, Mohawk, there are no limits. However, Hairstyle cannot intervene with the cheek fur because cheek fur is a trait.
Change their body style to best fit your vision for them. Whether you wish to make them short, tall, fat, thin, voluptuous, gangly, the list can go on and on. Gemwotties full grown height ranges between 3 feet 5 inches [being the smallest] and 5 feet 7 inches [being the tallest recorded]. Weight varies obviously by body style so it's important to take that into account. Their weight is comparable to humans which helps to gauge how much your Gemwottie would weigh.
Start your character out with one (1) outfit [Shirt & Shorts, Sundress, Tanktop and Skirt], and one (1) accessory [Sunglasses, Glasses, Necklace, Pair of Earrings, Bow, Flower, Etc]. On your inventory sheet the Outfit will count as one slot, no matter how many pieces, and the accessory will not count for a slot, so just put a 0 beside it. If your confused about inventory slots it'll all be made clear further down.
Please note, once the Gemwottie is yours you can give them any story, put them into any headworld, anything you may want. You can dress them up how you want outside of the group. While in the group, though, we recommend keeping In-Game items and clothing separate from Out-of-Game personal items you make for your Gemwottie c:
Give your wottie any desired personality. Make them your own, the way you like it! So long as the traits remain the same that's really what we
You May Not:
Add accessories aside from the ones stated above. Accessories can be won, purchased, and created with the opening of Inventory slots, which we will cover a bit.
Change traits unless given permission by an admin. Some events may reward members with items that allow them to change traits, this is the only way editing the foundation of your wottie is allowed.
Once you have the specifics of your Gemwottie's appearance figured out you'll need to create a Reference Image as a part of their official registration. You can make your own or use the optional group reference sheet provided in the gallery! For information on further registration and what information is necessary to add to your wottie's written information please visit the Tea Shoppe.
So let's move onto the next bit of information! You've got the Gemwottie's basics down for appearance so we'll move onto some other aspects. Remember the information above will pertain to every Gemwottie you get unless stated by an admin c:
The Setting
Occupations
When creating a Gemwottie it's also fun to choose a job that best fits them! The job they have is entirely up to the member. Although some jobs may be considered "special" or "limited" to events, all the jobs posted below can be applied to any Gemwottie. Jobs are not required to have, but they do aid in the experience of the group as a whole and can earn your Gemwottie extra gem earnings in the long run to purchase beautiful things!
A Gemwottie can only have one job so choose wisely! There is an item in the Gem Emporium that allows a change in jobs but it requires some money, so be sure you choose the right one.
If you receive a wottie from a previous owner and the Gemwottie already had a designated job, that job must remain the same unless purchasing the item mentioned prior.

Even if its from an rp or something, so long as it's not for a specific event (unless the event states it counts as both) showing your gemwottie doing their job always gets you more~!
Gemeggs & Siblings
Every wottie comes fro a Gemegg. Gemeggs start out as simple Gems that can be purchased at the Gem Emporium but when nurtured with love and attention a fetus begins to grow in the gem thus turning it into a pretty Gem infused Egg. With enough love this egg hatches into a helpless little pup who needs the love and tender care of it's parents.
The type of gemegg the pup is born from will determine the type of gem the wottie has once it's born. For example an Onyx egg will produce a pup with an onyx heart gem.
Parents can buy multiple gemeggs if it's a big family they are seeking. In the Gemwottie culture it is not an obscene or foreign concept for "siblings" to become pleasure partners. It may sound crude but this concept is not as simple as it seems, there are restrictions to the rule.
Siblings born from two separate Gemeggs who were created by the love of the same parents are known as lovelings. Because they are not actually biological siblings these siblings can become pleasure partners and it is not seen as anything taboo. They are simply siblings because they were raised by the same parents.
Siblings born from the same egg, meaning two pups in one egg, are known as gemlings and they cannot become Pleasure partners as it is seen as wrong. These Gemwotties are blood related and although were formed by the same love of their parents like lovelings, they share the same blood and in actuality are true siblings.
There are no restrictions on having two parents to purchase an egg. A single Gemwottie may purchase and nurture an egg although it may take a single parent longer to hatch their egg.
Do you think your Gemwottie, and their partner if applicable, are ready to have a child? Well follow these processes and you'll be well on your way!
First step? You must purchase an egg at the Gem Emporium if you don't have one already and you must have a Gemwottie to nurture the egg.
To hatch the egg you must meet the submission requirements: 3 Submissions [Drawn/written] of Both Parents tending to the egg, and 2 Submissions [Drawn/Written] of One Parent tending to the egg.
If you have a single parent then we require just 3 submissions.
When you have prepared all the required submissions you can note the group with the this form:Parent 1:
Parent 2:
Egg Quantity:
Purchased:
Any Blessings to Apply:
Submissions:
Once that has been completed a mod will remove the egg from the designated member's inventory and proceed to designing the pup(s).
Please do not harass the admins for the pup!</blocquote>
If two parents share the same stone and purchase a corresponding gem egg then the pup may be born with more gems on their body thus providing more pleasure points making the Gemwottie a much more happier Gemwottie.Owning a Home
Although owning a home is not required or mandatory, it can be a fun add on to your Gemwottie-Village experience. You may win home décor items in events like nature walks so having a home to put them into may be a good idea. Plus! Beginner Model homes are free! Be sure to check out the market for more options, styles, and choice locations for your Gemwottie!
You may be wondering how many Gemwottie can fit in a home. To be truthfully honest we don't care if your wottie's have roommates or what have you. Each home you purchase has a set occupancy limit that cannot he exceeded. Aside from that though you are able to have more than 1 wottie in a home.
Your wottie(s) may have more than one home if that is what you wish to have. If you can afford two, three, five homes, whatever! You go ahead and do it. There is no limit on how many homes a wottie or member can have/own.
Housing can be purchased at the Gem Emporium [Market]. Every so often the housing options will change based on event, or member desire. There will always be a free basic option though so that everyone can own a home if they so choose. Keep in mind special, larger, limited location housing would be more expensive but offer more room to decorate and house friends and family.
Once a home is owned it can be decorated based on the parameters provided. Items such as wallpaper, textures, flooring, furniture, painting, pottery, statues, etc. can be purchased in the Member Market or in the store. When first purchasing a home you are free to design certain things but keeping to the limitations. These include:Walls [Colors must not exceed 2/Members can Edit]
Floors must be either Carpet or Wood Paneling

Heart Gems are the gems found in the center of a Gemwottie chest, the other gems found on the body are known as Lesser Gems. The gems on the body act as a sensory organ, meaning they feel and provide stimulation to the wottie when in contact with another's gems. More on this will be spoken about below, in the "Pleasure" section.
Heart gems and lesser gems gauge the health and even mood of a Gemwottie. When a wottie is sick the gem's color will fade, lighter colors that cannot fade will turn dark and dark gems will begin to turn light. Any change in color means that there is something amiss in the health of the Gemwottie.
The Gems on a Wottie's body play a huge heart in raising pups. When a Wottie is ready to raise a pup they head over to the Gem Emporium, they choose a Gemegg of their liking and take the potential baby home. A pup will form in the gem depending on how much love, attention, and gem touching the parent does with the egg. If the Gemegg is neglected the Gem's color will fade until the gem crumbles into a pile of gem dust, no pup having formed inside it. Gemegg's can be purchased at the Gem Emporium!
The heart gem is a direct link to the Gemwottie's life force. If this gem is harmed in anyway it will adversely affect it's Gemwottie host. This could cause disabilities, terminal heart defects, things of that nature. There have been species known to rip the heart gem from a living Gemwottie in hopes of making a huge profit for the gem on the black market. Although ripping a gem from a wottie is not entirely fatal, ripping the Heart gem is and can kill a Gemwottie within minutes of it's removal.
If a Heart Gem is removed a Gemwottie can be saved if found on time. Receiving a HGT, Heart Gem Transplant, has a 50% survival rate. The gem may be rejected by the body but it is a potential consequence a wottie must accept, the alternative being death. This is the only time a heart gem's color may not match the colors of the other gems on the body. The lesser gems do not get replaced and instead scar tissue can be seen where these gems have been removed.
Gems are resilient and do not merely fall off their host.
The blood of a Gemwottie ranges from a bright Neon Green to a Teal Blue. It is rare, but not impossible, to see a Gemwottie with a differing blood color.
Gemwotties, although magical creatures, do experience injuries, ailments, and pain. The have sicknesses that much mimic ours as humans. They have:Juuga's Cough - The Common Cold
Black Cough - Pneumonia / Bronchitis
Ginger Sweat - The Flu
PoccyLocs - Chickenpox
The Wheezes - Allergies / Asthma
Gem Aches - Chest Pains / Angina
Pinkin - Pink Eye
The Plops - Diarrhea / IBS
Bony Dex - Arthritis
Drumming - Headache / Migraine
Goners - Stroke / Heart attack
Stone Jaw - Tetanus
Tears - Depression
These are just to name a few of the common ones!
Wotties do not experience larger long term illnesses like Cancer, Autism, Diabetes and things of those natures. Doctors have concocted potions and medications for all the listed illnesses above and they can be tolerated in the daily life of a Wottie.
Gemwotties also experience pain from falls, bumps, they can even get bruises if hurt bad enough. If a wottie experiences sadness for a long period of time their gem will begin to corrode, thus causing their imminent death. it has been said in lore that some Wottie's do not died from the Sadness but end up living on in despair, a void where their Heart Gem once was. They are void of emotion and wander the earth becoming aggressive to any that cross their paths. These Gemwottie are appropriately known as Void Wottie.
As a Gemwottie gains in age their bones start to become Gems thus experiencing symptoms of Bony Dex, or arthritis. When a Gemwottie dies their body turns completely to shiny gem stone and they were placed in a graveyard type area known as The Gem Sanctuary. Their gems break down into the soil and with the help of natural rain water and wind their magic is used to help the land create future Gemeggs.
Being magical creatures Gemwotties have the ability to summon magic and use them for their bidding. Some are so adept in magic that they can sense the movement of magic in the world, sense when something is amiss and even heal illnesses. Magical Abilities can be purchased in the market and added to your wottie's ref sheet.Pleasure
Gemwotties are naturally social creatures, some more so than others. They create lasting bonds with others, create families, and seek out love. Gemwotties have a bit of an addiction to feeling good and happy, this often times leads to a wottie have many pleasure partners. Pleasure Partners are Wotties that another Wottie enjoys getting rather cozy with, touching gems for long periods of time which is considered a sensual act.
If a Gemwottie happens to settle down with a single partner they are to stop seeing other Pleasure Partners as it is seen as an act of adultery. In their culture union between two Gemwottie means they are to be committed to seeking pleasure only from one another, that they should be enough to quench the thirst for Pleasure. Marriage is a HUGE honor in the wottie culture as it means the two love each other so much they are willing to cast the endless list of Pleasure Partners aside just to be with one another. Not to say it is a foreign concept for some to slip up every now and then leading in a split of the Union.
The act of Pleasure involves the touching of gems, much like stated before, for long periods of times. Gemwotties who are in love will be seen hugging so their gems touch briefly in an acceptable form of PDA [Public Display of Affection]. When alone Wotties will lay with one another, being sure their heart gems touch for longer periods of time, thigh gems touching, every gem on their body taking a turn. The more gems a wottie has the more pleasure they are sure to feel.
